Our Mission

Starting in September 2019, our goal has been to improve the community at Long Island and beyond. Gratus-Cubed seeks to give back to our community, sharing our opportunities with others. We are fortunate individuals that are wishing to make an impact with the resources that we have.

  3. We need committed and innovative thinkers to help our community! If you think you can bring fresh and new ideas to the team, please fill out the form!

What will you get out of this?

You'll be helping the community out! Although we are a small organization, we hope to impact our community for the better by doing the right things. Our projects range from helping the homeless to teaching children about STEM. If you have a well-rounded idea you would like to initiate, Gratus-Cubed will help you make your ideas become reality. Through Gratus-Cubed, you can become the director of your own project and help our community. During interactive projects/services, you can receive community service hours. (Meetings do not go towards community service hours.) To learn more, click on the button above and read more details on the form.

Why is this important?

Our organization is dedicated to helping those in need. According to many reports, Long Island has one of the highest homeless population with more than half being children. Of these people, 63% have monthly incomes below the federal poverty level, often having to choose between paying the rent or utilities and paying for food. It’s been shown that homeless children are more likely to experience behavioral issues such as reduced ability to learn social skills and impaired cognitive learning—even permanent brain damage. The team of Gratus-Cubed is also looking to expand our projects to helping children and promoting education. Education is a major factor in someone's life and many children are not able receive an optimal education because of different circumstances.

We aspire to share and give our gratitude with everyone around us. especially to those who are less fortunate than us.
